Dan Bott
President
As an attorney, Dan has personally represented clients in over 2,500 hearings across the country and, in a supervisory capacity, has overseen the work for many tens-of-thousands of cases. He has worked closely with the various branches of Social Security.

Nick Huntsman

Nick is the Director of Attorney Operations and has been an executive director with the company for over eight years. Nick has represented disabled clients in over 2,500 hearings nationwide. In 2012, he assumed responsibility for half of Trajector’s attorneys and for directing attorney operations.

Merrick Jackson
Assistant Director of Attorney Operations
Merrick has represented disabled claimants in most states and has participated in over 3,500 hearings nationwide. Merrick has been with Trajector Disability since 2007, and is responsible for over half of the Trajector’s attorneys and assists in implementing attorney policies and operations.

Laci Hamilton
Attorney at Law
Laci Hamilton is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and an Associate Attorney with Trajector Disability. Laci is an honor graduate from Southern University Law Center. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in Political Science and Sociology.

Bobby Ficklin

Bobby was born and raised in Macon, Georgia, attended Valdosta State University on an academic scholarship and received a Bachelors Degree in Pre-Law Political Science and a Master of Public Administration. He then attended Michigan State University College of Law and obtained JD and MBA degrees.

Sarah Jenkins

Sarah Jenkins earned a bachelor’s degree in English and Political Science from Case Western Reserve University. She went on to earn her law degree from the Claude W. Pettite College of Law, Ohio Northern University. She has advocated for Social Security disability claimants since 2012.

Morgan McIlrath

Morgan McIlrath graduated from the University of Wyoming School of Law in 2017, and Brigham Young University Idaho in 2013. He worked with the legal aid clinic programs in the Wyoming college of law where he successfully argued in front of the Wyoming Supreme Court on a criminal prosecution.

Jo Ann Kelton

Jo Ann has practiced law for over 25 years, most recently focusing solely on Social Security disability claims, and finds a great deal of satisfaction in helping disabled claimants achieve a measure of security upon receiving an award of benefits.

Ka-dijah McNeill

Attorney Ka-dijah McNeill graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2015. After college, she attended North Carolina Central University School of Law and obtained a Juris Doctorate in 2018. Attorney McNeill was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2018.

Elizabeth Skym graduated Buena Vista University in 2004 and Washburn University School of Law in 2016. She worked as a non-attorney representative for Social Security claimants and worked at the Social Security's Kansas City Regional Office before she started working at Trajector Disability in 2017.

Susan Fox

Susan Fox is a licensed attorney. She has been practicing social security disability law since 2010 having handled over 3500 cases to date. Susan currently practices in Southern California where she and her family reside.

Leah Hull

Leah obtained her B.A. from Bowling Green State University, and her JD from Western Michigan University-Cooley Law School. She has been a licensed attorney since 2011. Leah has practiced both Social Security disability as well as personal injury law.

Derek Wentz

Derek received his J.D. degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law and after graduating represented clients in personal injury litigation. Since August 2009, Derek has represented more than 2,000 clients in Social Security Disability hearings before the Social Security Administration.

Tisha Martin

Before becoming a claimant's advocate, Natalie Porter Westbrook decided disability cases for Disability Adjudication Services of Georgia. She attended law school at Temple University's Beasley School of Law. She has worked to help disabled people get fair hearings since 2010.

Hannah Yancy Pierce

Hannah attended Carroll University in Wisconsin and then law school at Western Michigan University - Thomas M. Cooley Law School. After law school, she returned to Wisconsin to practice Bankruptcy and Foreclosure. She has been practicing Social Security Disability law since 2016.

Amy Kendrick

Amy began her legal career in 2008 after graduating from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. She advocated for inmates in administrative parole hearings before moving her practice to Social Security Disability in 2014. She has been an associate of Trajector since 2018.

Angie has represented Social Security Disability claimants since 2009. and has been with Trajector Disability since 2014. She's drafted hundreds of Appeals Council briefs and has appeared in front of Administrative Law Judges in more than half the states in the US as well as in Puerto Rico.

Originally from Dallas, TX. My wife and I were married in 2001, and we have three children (two girls and a boy). I went to law school at the University of Tulsa in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We moved to Orlando, Florida in 2009 when I came to work for Trajector Disability. We absolutely love it here.

I live in Middle Tennessee in a small town called Shelbyville. While in law school, I worked at a courthouse in the Chancery Court for two or three years wherein I attended court hearings and assisted various Judges by writing notes, etc. I worked for a Judge as his assistant for a couple years.
