Do I Qualify for Social Security Disability Benefits?

This is a question that many, many people ask themselves each and every day. Unfortunately, there is no simple answer.

There are many different disabilities and conditions that could qualify you for benefits, but simply having a disability is insufficient for qualification.

To put it simply, disability benefits are for people who are so severely disabled that there is no longer any work they can reasonably do to support themselves. If your disability puts you in that category, then it may be that you could qualify for Social Security Disability Benefits.

However, please keep in mind that the Social Security Administration runs an extremely complex operation, and successfully navigating the application and appeals process can be a daunting task.

We know just how difficult it can be, and our advocates are ready and willing to help you with your case. Simply fill out this short form or call the number at the top of this page to speak with an advocate and to determine whether or not you might qualify for benefits.
